The Ministry is established in Hoima town district, western Uganda East Africa.Mission: our mission is to establish a great generation of Christians fully and deeply rooted their faith in Jesus Christ, transformed by Vigorous Study of scripture, Dedicated with love for God’s service in the church for the word. Matt 28:19“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

Objectives: General objectives reaching out to all God’s people with a massage of good news, with Hoima as the nucleus for this great ministry.

Specific objectives.

To create missions mindset in the foundation to the members of the church.
We hope to use every creative means possible to communicate the love of Christ to the needy.

To construct a place where people can use their gifts, talents, and abilities to serve Christ,

Raising a generation which will be able to defend the name of Jesus in future and will share the love that they meet in this ministry as they are growing.


To make a project that will help Christians move from poverty e.g. poultry, piggery for generating income etc.

Sheltering the homeless.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

* We believe that the Bible is God’s Word. It is accurate, authoritative and applicable to our everyday lives.
* We believe in one eternal God who is the Creator of all things. He exists in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. He is totally loving and completely holy.
* We believe that sin has separated each of us from God and his purpose for our lives.
* We believe that the Lord Jesus as both God and man is the only One who can reconcile us to God. He lived a sinless and exemplary life, died on the cross in our place, and rose again to prove his victory and empower us for life.
* We believe that in order to receive forgiveness and the ‘new birth’ we must repent of our sins, believe (trust) in the Lord Jesus Christ, and submit to his will for our lives.
* We believe in baptism in water following conversion as an act of obedience to Jesus' command.
* We believe in 'Baptism of the Holy Spirit' for enablement and empowerment of Christian service. The Holy Spirit enables us to use spiritual gifts, including speaking in tongues (languages).
* We believe that God has individually equipped us so that we can successfully achieve his purpose for our lives, which is to worship God, fulfil our role in the Church, and serve the community in which we live.
* We believe that God wants to heal and transform us so that we can live healthy and prosperous lives in order to help others more
* We believe that our eternal destination of either heaven or hell is determined by our response to the Lord Jesus Christ.
* We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is coming back again as he promised.

WHY WE ARE DOING THIS MINISTRY.

John 4:35: Do you not say, Four months more and then the harvest'? I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest.

God calls all his people to love and support each other. Jesus said in the Bible

Matthew 22:37-40: 37 Jesus replied: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.

We have started a school called Kyajumba Model nursery and primary school with the vision of helping the needy children like those rejected in families, orphans and those from poor families. 80 children now are supported with the little resources God has entrusted us with. We are operating in temporally structures grass thatched houses classrooms.

FOUNTAIN OF LIFE OUT-REACH MINISTRIES UGANDA.

I hereby present to you the ministry need for prayer request and. We are having 15 churches planted in different village of Uganda and have one school for the needy and less privileged children. After realizing that we as the church needs to do some thing we decided to build a temporary structure with is grass hatched as shelter for these needy children in our community.

EFFECTS OF POVERTY IN OUR COMMUNITY.
Many people have lost hope and are not minding about their lives for they regret as why they are existing in this world.

The community is facing a problem of lots of crime because of lack of hope for the future lots of defilement cases, rape, and fight, children abuse mistreatment of women in homes by bitting and such related climes. People resort to be in prison where they can get at least rest.

Increases death rate due to lack famine and diseases many people die and you find that others are committing succeed because of the problems they are facing.
Some children leaves their villages to towns searching for rest because of problems and this brings them to be in tough situations and they end up becoming thugs and even become street kids.

Many people have resulted to follow cults that come out from these communities when they are deceived that they get rich when they get converted to their sects. Example there is a man called Bishaka Owobusobozi Meaning “The Almighty god of host” he is having many converts and he told people to worship him that he is the Lord of host and he is among the godhead.

Poverty has increase HIV/AIDS sexual transmitted diseases for people more especially girls try by all means to look for survival through making prostitution because of lack of income.

There is the need of the true gospel people here are lost because they lack knowledge even most of pastors here are not trained we are in the need of the programme as the church over the media to talk the truth in the word of God and highlighting on the truth and methods of discovering cults in Christianity which is rampant in this community. Fountain of life is in existence to help in this area.

WE NEED TO ERADICATE POVERTY BY.

Creating opportunities to people of hearing the gospel with freedom and love showed through care like supporting children to study both physically and spiritually.

Poverty can be eradicated by Christian coming out with organizations that can help to educate people on doing things that can generate income like introducing adult education on farming, poultry, bee keeping, and planting long term crops.

Making youth camps to share with youth from developed countries so that they may share experiences on how the development can come.
Building hospitals to the places where there are no hospitals.
Creating homes for less privileged children who lost their parents because of different problems.

To show love to the needy by helping them physically and spiritually so that they may feel joy and peace of mind and serve the Lord with one heart.

OUTCOME OF THIS MINISTRY.
Because we are trying to show love with limited resources that we are having, many people have started giving themselves to Jesus and fully dedicated because of seeing love and care. Many children who are supported by our ministry in Kyangwali have started loving Christ.

We are reaching school, hospitals, prisons with the word of God and even sharing with them little the Lord has blessed us with to show the love of Christ. This has brought many people to love Christ and even many people have loved the ministry.
